The shipping crate in which the cabinet was originally packed was discovered in the home\u2019s basement.<\/p><p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berthoudhistoricalsociety.org\/images\/IMG-McCarty_Exhibits2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\" \/><\/p><p align=\"left\">Family photos and souvenirs adorn a bookcase filled with books used by members of the McCarty family.
